A couple of days ago we made the Vietnamese Cold Noodle Bowl (Bun Ga Nuong), and of course, Nuoc Cham has to be a must-have. I have learned this from some of my Vietnamese friends and they have said the main ingredients have to be using a 4:1:1 ratio (Water: Suger: Fish Sauce) – and for the other ingredients you can add/subtract based on your personal preference.
Ingredients:
– Water (4 part)
– Sugar (1 part)
– Fish Sauce (1 part)
– Chopped Garlic
– Lime Juice
– Lemon Juice
– Thai Chilli
